A bit about Joe:

Joe is an automotive motivation and implementation powerhouse. In 2004, Joe launched a new Internet sales department and in short order, turned it into a virtual profit machine for the Nelson Automotive Group.

Through the efforts of his newly created BDC, Joe and his team's sales contributed forty-four percent of the group's total gross profit. Joe's production alone contributed to fifty percent of the total sales volume.

Joe's not stranger to the ground-level operations. During his career at Nelson Auto, Joe managed a pre-owned lot. Within his first month as manager, Joe increased store sales by 100% and the sales continued to rise.

Joe is currently the Internet Sales Manager for one of the Penske Auto Group stores, Gateway Toyota.

Away from the dealership, Joe is also a beacon of hope and enthusiasm. Joe runs Joe Cala Ministires and speaks around the country to churches, pastors, leadership and youth groups. Joe considers himself a performance catalyst. He has written two motivational books, The Proven Success Formula and Living Your Life Today! The Fool Proof Way. Both are available at his website.
